The Program Executive, is accountable for the delivery activities for extremely large enterprise customers (>100,000 employees).  The Program Executive will be responsible forleading some of the most strategic projects at large multi-national companies(Fortune 50), often implementing the full platform of solutions.  These large projects are typically complexwith numerous work-streams, multiple phases/waves and are highly dependent on acomprehensive governance model to safeguard success.

A prerequisite for this role is the ability to interact at the C-Levelwithin this category of customer, establishing relationships, trust andconfidence.  The Program Executive mustunderstand and respect the customer’s organization to ensure an optimalsolution is deployed and must also work closely with sales, delivery,product and support teams to drive high customer satisfaction.

The Program Executive will workclosely with sales to help scope, estimate and position the necessary servicesto deploy the software solution.  It is common for oneor even multiple partners to play a role on these large deployments,therefore the Program Executive must effectively collaborate with all involvedparties to achieve deployment objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Leveragebroad-based industry knowledge and marketplace expertise to ensure customersuccess
• Proactivecoordination with sales and partners to scope, estimate and positionProfessional Services on opportunities
• Act as aliaison for customer and partner teams with various organizationsincluding Executive Management, Product Management, Professional Services,Customer Success and Education
• PeopleManagement:
• Provide direction for Project Directors and EngagementManagers per our customer’s methodology and PMO policies
• Mentor Project Directors and Engagement Managers tomaximize their potential including monitoring performance against establishedgoals Work with resource management and consulting leadership tostaff project teams and act as an escalation point for project and projectstaffing issues
• Monitor projectbudgets and forecasts of +50 Million Euros.
• Establishand execute against a clearly defined governance framework
• Provideleadership to project teams for critical program activities regarding scope,budget and timeline
• Liaise withdeployment partner organizations to insure success on the program
• Facilitateand resolve deployment issues with customer project PMO and executive sponsor
• Provideproject review and progress to Executive Management, customer PMO andExecutive Sponsor and partner deployment executives
• Representthe company on Steering Committee

Knowledge and Experience

• Extensive Professional Services experience
• Proven leader with a solid and large-scale service and businessleadership track record with experience leading steams
• Experience leading large enterprise-wide programs with top tiermulti-national companies (Fortune 100)
• HCM, Payroll, and/or Financial systemsdeployments experience highly desirable 
• Ability to build and sustain excellentrelationships at multiple levels within customer, internal and partnerorganizations 
• Emotional intelligence and an ability tochallenge in a nuanced way.  Influencing areas of the business that arenot under direct control will be critical
• Good history and track record of working withSales, Marketing, Finance and Engineering to make sure everything is geared tocustomer success
• Passion for customer success
• Excellent communication and presentationskills with CXO levels
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, ComputerScience or relevant technical field; MBA strongly preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50-60%
• Location: Munich, Frankfurt or Home Office.
