Job Description:

This incredible opportunity is focused on developing key existingrelationships with a defined number of Workday partners; helping the DACHleadership team & account executives sell Finance and HCM applications intoprospective Workday customers in the DACH region; develop, manage and nurturekey partner relationships; and ensure that our ecosystem has enough capacityfor the business volume expected of a company in high growth. This role ishighly visible within the geography and requires demonstration of leadershipbeyond the immediate span of control. 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively support a team of account executives,services partners (internal and external) and the regional sales directors
  • Develop strategies to create new opportunities wherenone previously exist
  • Effectively position Workday’s unique valueproposition against aggressive competitors
  • Connect with C-suite decision makers across SystemsIntegrators, Prospects and Customers and ability to articulate Workday’s impacton business value
  • Drive Workday Culture and cross-group collaborationwithin the Munich and Frankfurt offices
  • Ensure we maintain a high level of customersatisfaction and customer intimacy via our partner organizations
  • Ability to "sell” the Workday value message topartners and prospects
  • Close alliance with our services organization acrossEMEA with a view to be able to predict volume requirements, and plan resourcingwith our partners accordingly
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategicpartners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a front-linesalesperson, with considerable experience in complex sales cycle, stakeholdermanagement, and matrixed environments
  • Deep understanding of the partner community, andpreferably strong connections into the big four
  • Experience within the business applicationsmarketplace, preferably FINS, ERP or HCM related
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles fromstart to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • True passion for delivering results through others
  • High level of accountability in a high growthenvironment
  • Proven as a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent ofchange
  • Proficiency across a variety of selling methodologies,with existing track record of coaching or teaching these skills
  • Masters’ degree preferred
