Responsibilities:

Become an expert in the Workday’s HCM product suite
Perform the following on an engagement: understandclient business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate theconfigurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist theclient in testing the Workday solution.
Work with the client to help convert legacy data intoWorkday.
Complete the work assigned to you by the EngagementManager within the budgeted time allocated.
Assist the integration consulting team in helping toconfigure and test integrations between Workday and benefit providers, payrollsystems and other 3rd party/custom solutions.
Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology anduse it on all engagements.
Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance withagreed to checkpoints.
Help mentor new Principal Consultants.
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday bestpractices.
Identify opportunities to position other serviceofferings.
Ensure the client is reference able once the client isin production.
Participate in update training and other events thathelp share one’s product skills with other consultants.
Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports andkeep them apprised of overall project status.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience implementing HCM solutions,preferably SaaS
Previous consulting experience either as an internalconsultant or with a consulting/software company
Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle,PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications.
