Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the Workday’s HCM product suite
  • Perform the following on an engagement: understandclient business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate theconfigurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist theclient in testing the Workday solution.
  • Work with the client to help convert legacy data intoWorkday.
  • Complete the work assigned to you by the EngagementManager within the budgeted time allocated.
  • Assist the integration consulting team in helping toconfigure and test integrations between Workday and benefit providers, payrollsystems and other 3rd party/custom solutions.
  • Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology anduse it on all engagements.
  • Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance withagreed to checkpoints.
  • Help mentor new Principal Consultants.
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday bestpractices.
  • Identify opportunities to position other serviceofferings.
  • Ensure the client is reference able once the client isin production.
  • Participate in update training and other events thathelp share one’s product skills with other consultants.
  • Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports andkeep them apprised of overall project status.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience implementing HCM solutions,preferably SaaS
  • Previous consulting experience either as an internalconsultant or with a consulting/software company
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle,PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications.
  • Experience with at least 2 functional areas:
  • HCM businessprocess

  • PerformanceManagement                            
  • Benefits                            
  • Payroll                            
  • Passion for customerservice
  • Demonstrated projectmanagement experience
  • Functional and technical experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Ability to travel up to 50%of the time
