Workday is looking for outstanding Solution Consultants. This is your chance to represent and sell the next generation of HCM applications. Through interactive pre-sales discoveries, you will analyze an organization's needs and demonstrate howWorkday's Enterprise Applications can address the customer’s requirements and solve their strategic business concerns. Experience/Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting role
  • Expertise knowledge of administrative systems around HR
  • An understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is desired
  • Experience of presenting administrative computing solutions in front of a technical and business audience
  • Strong technical and functional experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both German and English
  • Strong presentation skills
