How will youspend your time as our next Solutions Leader?

As a SolutionsLeader you work closely with the License Sales teams, Customer Success andProfessional Services counterparts, Customers and Partners to ensure theoverall success of the sale and implementation of Qlik solutions. You areexpected to significantly contribute to the overall success of the customerrelationship.

You will beleading the Sales process for our Professional Services team. In this role youwill effectively present and scope Qlik Professional Services Implementationofferings and capabilities, to new prospects and existing customers. You willbe responsible for managing the Services Sales lifecycle from proposal throughfinal signature of SOW and continuing through delivery of our professionalservices to ensure both the adoption of the Qlik software and the successfulachievement of our customer’s business objectives.

We are lookingfor a self-motivated team player who excels at cultivating strategicrelationships while developing new business. The right candidate will havestrong business acumen and a successful track record of selling to C–level executives,including the ability to translate client needs into appropriate Qliksolutions. Strong sales or consulting experience in software & services environmentwith a proven track record of success is highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Qualifying and developing value-add propositions forEnterprise clients and prospects.
  • Managing the customer relationship(s) from initialdiscussion to close of deal and beyond.
  • Developing a strong revenue backlog and account plans.
  • Proposing and presenting solutions to prospects thatalign with their data-oriented objectives.
  • Forecasting for future accounts and opportunities
  • Collaborating with colleagues for resource planning
  • Managing the seamless handoff of clients from sales todelivery
  • Updating CRM tools (Salesforce) with documentationfrom the sales cycle
  • Creating, maintaining, and sharing assets for use inpresenting solutions to prospects.
  • Creating implementation plans for enterprise customers
  • Providing engagement oversight and participating insolution design to ensure alignment with customer success plans and establishedcustomer business value.
  • Acting as a product evangelist, providing in depthknowledge of complete Qlik product suite to ensure successful adoption of theproducts
