As aWorkday Medium Enterprise Account Executive, you will be on the ground floor ofa dynamic, burgeoning field operations organization.

You willuse your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to initiatelong-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workdayas a viable alternative to legacy ERP solutions. And you will help developcustomers into key references for Workday. If you have a stellar sales trackrecord, are a self starter and love working in a dynamic environment, thenWorkday is the place for you

Responsibilities/Experience/Skills/Education:

  • Understandthe competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively positionWorkda
  • Providesupport for marketing activities and events
  • Cultivatemutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
  • Mentor newpresales and sales managers
  • Maintainaccurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Priorexperience in business application sales, preferably in an ERP environment
  • Ability tounderstand and effectively explain the benefits of an on-demand/web servicesarchitecture
  • Experienceas a leader in a team selling environment
  • Provenability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a trackrecord of successful revenue attainment
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Familiaritywith consultative selling methodologies
  • Self-starterattitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • ABachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred

Location:Munich, Frankfurt or Home Office.
